2. Intro
• My media product I feel challenged the output
of professional film-makers as I has many of
the key aspects that they have, such as the
logos I have created and the transition from
cut to cut, also the music I put with the scenes
adds elements of continuation and
professionalism, I felt as though the work I did
flowed in a certain way that allows it to be
compared to other work.

3. Filming
• As for the filming of the product, I picked a time where it
would be quiet which was ideal because I needed the time
also to be light which is was. The weather was a nightmare
as it was raining, but this problem was overcame by making
the product black and white. I picked and area where it
would come across as a desperate measure for my running
character. So here I was making decisions that professionals
make in the mis-en scene , such as the location and the
weather also thinking about the clothes my characters
were wearing, I had my runner Sean in trainers and also I
picked a chaser who looks generally threatening, the chaser
Eden Pryce is much more muscular than Sean, the actors
also had to look like they blended in to the normal day and
as a result of these thoughts the product I feel is genuine.

4. Editing
The chase scene at the beginning I took inspiration form films such as James bond and
rush hour whose films have chase scenes on foot, however I needed to come across with
convincing emotions so I put it in a location where the runner is desperate to get away
and this however made sure that the scene was in the light. I edited out a few scenes
because they were not really up to the same standard as the chase scene. The black and
white also adds an element of the past, in other media products they will have a scene
when the main character has a dream, my film compares to it because that’s what I’m
doing, I took inspiration from X-men's when wolverine has a dream and after he wakes up
his dream continues to follow him as he wakes, The main character Kenny is a medium
and sees his friends in trouble in this film, much like a sci-fi

5. Inspirations
Medium was a typical psychic show, the main character would
see visions Of people being killed, I took part of this into my
film, as my main character as visions just like the main
character in the film. So by bringing in actual media
productions I am challenging there output with my own
version which I think is improved.
The Bourne ultimatum has a foot chase scene which requires
The actor who is being chase to be genuinely scared
I wanted to bring the element of fear into the film as it is all
About being scared, for yourself and someone else.
Kenny is always scared when he has a vision.
