Megan Hilson and Chloe Collier created a storyboard before filming their project to plan out the shots, camera angles, lighting, and sound for each clip. They discussed each planned clip to ensure it would be effective in telling the story. Chloe drew images representing the frame for each shot while Megan annotated details like camera shots, lighting, and sound. They took mise-en-scene into consideration to make each clip visually appealing and relevant. The storyboard served as a template when they filmed to help the final film match their planned vision.

2. Before filming, after the discussion within our group was made about
what we wanted the film to look like, Chloe and I made story board of
what was expected to be filmed. We sat down in the lesson before we
went out to film and set out a quick plan of each clip we were going to
film later on in the week. We used this story board as a template when
actually filming so that our film looked similar to how we planned it out.
Both Chloe and I discussed each clip and how it would be effective in the
film. Chloe drew the images of how the frame was going to be shot while
I made annotations on what camera shot we were going to use, how the
lighting was going to look and the sound present in the clip at the time.
We made sure to take into consideration the mise-en-scene of the shot
so that each clip was relevant and looked the best that we could do.
We made sure to include lots of different shots such as establishing
shots, low angle shots and we also included a frame shot nearer towards
the end. We also included more shots which are said in the annotations
of each box on the story board.
