             OUR COMMITMENT TO THE CITY OF DANIA BEACH

Your Relationship Manager, Lance Aylsworth along with the Treasury Management Sales
Consultant, Robert Wilkins will be the lead contacts for the City’s overall relationship with the
bank. Lance and Robert are tenured professionals with deep commitment and knowledge of
the local market and government industry in Florida with over 30 years of experience. This
senior duo leads a team of professionals covering all requirements listed of the RFP, and

Relationship Manager                     Lance has over 17 years of banking experience managing

CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM:   The Commercial Customer service model provides the City the
                         flexibility of relying on your Relationship Manager, Lance
                         Aylsworth, Relationship Associate, Latosha Wedderburn or work
                         with a centralized team for customer service. The decision is
                         yours, and the City can make it on a case-by-case basis
                         depending upon the nature of your inquiry.

                         Our Commercial Customer Service Group is a centralized
                         department that is staffed with well-trained analysts capable of
                         quickly and effectively addressing your cash management,
                         depository and government banking inquiries. These analysts
                         have access to multiple bank systems for on-the-spot research and
                         responsiveness.

                         All members of the commercial customer service team are
                         responsible for performing and knowing the following:

                           •    Responding to customer inquiries and transaction requests.
                           •    Providing personal and professional service to customers,
                                Relationship Managers and others.
                           •    Knowing customers and their relationships.
                           •    Understanding the implementation, operational, technical,
                                credit policy, documentation and reporting aspects of our
                                Treasury Services products.
                           •    Analyzing problem situations and defining steps for
                                corrective action.
