with the Department for each

Does applicant have an FEIN?
Yes
• Submit Application to Department
• Department check for outstanding debts to State
• Issue Certificate (72 hours)
10. Not registered?
No FEIN?
• Applicant must go to Department website
independently
• Provide Social Security Number so
Department can run check for debts to State
• Receive Applicant ID from Department
• Return to Administrator and use applicant ID
to complete application
11. Accessing certificates
• Department will send account activation e-mail with
hyperlink to
– Administrator
– Applicant
• Administrator will have access to all certificates in zone
• Certificate Holder can use hyperlink to create password
protected account to access certificates (may be
multiple certificates for one applicant)
• Viewable on-line and can be printed and submitted to
retailers
