1. Question 7
Looking back at your preliminary
task, what do you feel you have learnt
in the progression from it to the full
product?
2. • Looking at my preliminary task, I
can see a massive improvement in
all of my work. My attention to
detail has improved and I can see
how differently the codes and
conventions change your work. I
feel I have learnt a lot since I done
my preliminary task. For example, I
know how to do block graphics, a
manipulate a picture over the
masthead. All of those techniques
really enhance my work.
3. • The development in my
contents page, as you can
see, is tremendous. My
preliminary task’s contents
page has no organisation or
no consistency throughout
the whole page. Following
the codes and
conventions, have not only
enhanced my work, but
enhanced my understanding
also as to why the codes
and conventions should be
followed.
4. • Although I did not make a double page spread in my preliminary
task, I still feel that the quality has improved compared to the
standard of work I was producing when I was making my preliminary
task. My double page spread, I believe, looks
professional, organised, attractive and bold. I have followed the
codes and conventions completely and It has helped my achieve the
standard of work I am currently working at.
5. Conclusion
In conclusion I feel that I have learnt a lot throughout the
process from my preliminary task, through to my final piece.
All of my work, I feel, seems professional and looks attractive.
I have accomplished this by following the codes and
conventions correctly and learning all of the skills since doing
my preliminary task.
I am proud of my work and I believe that without doing my
preliminary task in the first place, I would not be able to
achieve the standard my work is at. All of the skills I have
learnt on the various technologies have helped me
dramatically.
