8. PURPOSE
The purpose of on-line test for recruitment is to take online test in an
efficient manner and no time wasting for checking the paper. The main
objective of on-line test is to efficiently evaluate the candidate
thoroughly through a fully automated system that not only saves lot of
time but also gives fast results without any biasness.
For applicants they give papers according to their skill sets and
allocated time and there is no need of using paper, pen etc. saving our
forests
9. SCOPE OF WORK
[1]. To conduct and end-to-end examination management for
recruitment of non-teaching staff as per advertisement,
[2]. Accepting their application (by speed post)
[3]. Entering the same in an online software where in the same would be
automatically scrutinised and acceptance or rejection of application
based on pre-fixed criteria be known to the client
[4]. Officials from client in turn would cross check and see if the
automatic selection or rejection was correct in between manual
screening of the applications
[5]. Post verification data entry to be done by Centre of Excellence
“supervisors”.
[6]. SMS about the status of application in phased manner and a
confirmation SMS be sent once shortlisted based on criteria.
10. [7]. A window of 7 days given to applicants for grievance redressal on mail/
telephone as specified on the website of client.
[8]. The applicants would be able to check their details online
[9]. A Unique Application Registration No. (ARN) provided to them via SMS.
[10]. In case a candidate is unable to login he/she can call helpline number to
collect the required details on confirmation of certain details.
[11]. Once grievance period is over the e-Hall Tickets could be downloaded .
[12].There were certain category of applicants who were expected not to be IT
literate (viz, drivers, cooks, peon, MTS, Office attendants) for whom we sent
their “e-Hall Tickets” via speed post and also sent an SMS to them.
