This document provides a recipe for making mincemeat and mince pies. It lists the ingredients for the mincemeat, which includes diced apples, butter, various dried fruits, citrus zest and juice, sugar, nuts, and brandy. The ingredients are mixed together and left for 12 hours before being baked at a low temperature for 3 hours. The mincemeat is then used to fill homemade mince pies, which are made with flour, butter, yeast, salt, milk, and the prepared mincemeat. The pies are shaped, filled, brushed with milk, and baked for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.

2. -225 g of diced apples
-110 g of butter
-175 g of raisins
-110 g of sultanas
-110 g of Corinto raisins
-110 g of candied orange peel
-175 g of brown sugar
-Zest and juice of an orange
-Zest and juice of a lemon
-25 g of chopped nuts
-2 teaspoons of various spice
-1/4 teaspoons of cinnamon
-1/4 teaspoon of nutmeg
-3 spoons of brandy

3. Put all the ingredients except the brandy in a bowl , remove and
mix it.Cover it with a clean cloth and let 12 hours in a fresh place
To blend the flavours .
Preheat the oven 120ºC .Cover the bowl with baking paper and
put it in the oven 3 hours.Then take out the bowl of the oven.
Remove occasionally.When the mincemeat is cold remove and
add the brandy.

4. Ingredients for the mass of the mince spies:
-350 g of flour
-75 g of butter
-10 g of bakery yeast
-A pinch of salt
-Some milk of brushing
-600 g of mincemeat
-Some icing sugar for sprinkle
2 muffin baking trays (With baskets)

5. Heat the oven 170ºC
Put the flour, the salt and the butter in a bowl and mix with the
fingers. Then add cold water until the dough comes away from
the bowl.
Leave the mass in the fridge until 30 minutes wrapped in film.
Grease the molds with butter. Take out the mass from the fridge
and with the roller flatten very fine.Then couted roundels sized
Molds and cover them with the mass, fill with the mincemeat and
Cover which mince pie what ever you like: You can cover the full
or put as a heart-shaped hat, etc.
If they are covered in full, make three holes to release steam.
Brush with the milk and leave in the oven 20-25 minutes until
they turn a golden color.Take out from the oven and let it cool
down and sprinkle with icing sugar.
