Responsibilities
• Customer Service: develop different exercise programs
  together with the machines for the needs of different
  customers and deal with customer complaints
• Personnel Management: be the leader of a team of
  sports trainers and motivate them and recruit new
  staff.
• Marketing: develop advertising campaigns and
  research new markets.
• Strategy: set objectives for growth and put together a
  five-year plan
• Finance: prepare budgets and look at ways of reducing
  costs
Experience
• No prior experience but 6 months of training
  in NY will be given to the selected person
