  • Oft werden Sprecher dadurch herausgefordert, dass sie Fachmaterial vor einem Publikum vortragen müssen, das nicht mit dem Thema oder dem Vokabular vertraut ist. Das Material kann komplex sein oder voller Details stecken. Um einen technischen Fachbericht effektiver zu präsentieren, verwenden Sie folgende Richtlinien von Dale Carnegie Training®.   Bedenken Sie die Dauer der Präsentation und organisieren Sie dementsprechend Ihr Material. Begrenzen Sie die Menge des besprochenen Materials. Teilen Sie Ihre Präsentation in klare Abschnitte auf. Erstellen Sie eine logische Reihenfolge. Behalten Sie dabei Ihren Hauptgedanken bei. Beenden Sie Ihre Präsentation mit einer Zusammenfassung, wiederholen Sie die Schlüsselschritte und einer logischen Folgerung.   Bedenken Sie, dass Ihr Publikum mit dem technischen Bereich nicht vertraut ist. Zum Beispiel, stellen Sie sicher, dass die Daten eindeutig und klar sind und die Information relevant ist. Gleichen Sie das Niveau in Bezug auf Detail und Vokabular auf das des Publikums an. Nutzen sie grafische Darstellungen um Schlüsselpunkte visuell zu unterlegen. Gehen Sie auf die Bedürfnisse Ihres Publikums ein und Sie werden ein aufmerksameres Publikum haben.

    9. 9. <ul><li>During the night the little boy wakes up because his little brother has filled his diapers and is crying terrribly… </li></ul>
    10. 10. <ul><li>Because the little boy isn‘t sure what to do, he goes to his parents bedroom... </li></ul>
    11. 11. <ul><li>He finds his mother lying in bed but because she is sleeping so soundly, he can‘t seem to wake her up... </li></ul>
    12. 12. <ul><li>So the boy proceeds to the maid‘s room for assistance, where he finds his father in bed with the maid, while his grandfather is inconspicuously watching the action through a bedroom window…. </li></ul>
    13. 13. <ul><li>Everyone is so occupied with what they are doing that they don‘t even notice the little boy standing in front of them... </li></ul>
    14. 14. <ul><li>So because no one comes to his aid, the young lad decides to go back to bed again... </li></ul>
    15. 15. <ul><li>The next morning the father asks his son if he‘d given more thought to the question of politics and if so, to explain in his own words how it works... </li></ul>
