                              top of important issues and make real-time decisions. We have the ability to provide a full “Order-to-Cash Solution - O2C” including the option to partially or
                              completely outsource your accounts receivable process. Our customers benefit from preventing, recovering and collecting invalid deductions and chargebacks,
                              reduced DSO, increased cash flow, decreased operating costs and better customer relationships. We offer SaaS, Hosted and Remote Administration Solutions.

                              Auto Cash
                              This allows a company to automatically apply over 90% of their cash receipts from a variety of sources - (lockbox, ACH, EDI, locally received cash payments,
                              custom file downloads from customer web sites, etc.) to their accounts receivables. Not using the Auto Cash application software leaves a company at the
                              mercy of their customers’ payment processes and schedules.

                              Collection & Deduction Management (DCS)
                              DCS manages an organization’s customer payment deductions and segregates the deductions from outstanding invoices and provides a true asset value of
                              receivables and a pure DSO statistic. This solution ensures that all essential customer information is in one place, on one screen, so you will always know your
                              total exposure while on the phone with a customer.

                              Trade Promotion Management (TPMS)
                              TPMS allows users to forecast, track, manage and analyze trade spending in real-time. This web-based solution increases company-wide visibility and
                              awareness of trade promotions, effectively bridging the “department gap” between your sales force, brokers, customers and internal management through an
                              automated, interactive system.

                              William Lennon, CEO and Founder
                              Bill serves as the CEO of GroupBDO LLC. Bill is responsible for the company’s strategic development, marketing,
                              and vision. He has more than 25 years of experience in the receivable management industry. Prior to his starting
                              GroupBDO, Bill was the Director of Revenue Management for Central Freight Lines, Inc., a publically traded
                              trucking company. Bill also previously held the position of Sr. Director of Business Development for 9ci, Inc. and
                              Director of Business Development for Aceva Technologies. In 1996 he founded, DunnWorth Credit Corporation, a
                              Receivable Management BPO that was sold in February 2002 to Investment Business Strategies, Inc. (First Financial
                              Asset Management FFAM-www.1fam.com) .

                              Jeff Cattoor, CCO
                              Chris is Chief Compliance Officer for GroupBDO. Jeff will advise on Enterprise BPO engagements in regards to
                              COSO / SOX404 compliance requirements along with working with the internal audit/accounting/IT Teams to
                              mitigate the risk of such large scale BPO engagements. He will oversee on SOX deliverables as it relates to business
                              process improvement (C2C) and IT areas that relate to the A/R cycle such as Risk Matrices, Process Narratives,
                              Policies and Procedures, Key Controls, Technology Summaries, Control Test and Remediation. His experience spans
                              Enterprise Controls Consulting, Ernst & Young and Weaver Tidwell.
