  1. Hi, Welcome to our presentation, Im gary this is Jason and 5mins to talk about our company Disrupt. We make custom sports hardware and more specifically boardsports using 3D renders and designs (the same as 3D printing)
  2. We’re not surfing bums that just spend all our time on the beach.
  3. Who we are: I’m Gary and this is Jason Sports mad, & for watersports Business minded Jason – Management consultant Gary – Tech and Sports Marketing Entrepreneurial – 4 start-ups between us, Disruptsurfing brings these three elements together
  4. Surfers are currently limited in what they can buy: Custom Built Individually crafted & customised Long lead time Cost is about $1200 Off the rack Set dimensions and shape Set colours & designs Zero Personalisation You have to choose between the board and style you want that’s expensive and wait 3 months for OR You pick something off the rack that you have no options to personalize When surfing is part fashion, that’s an issue
  5. We operate in the middle ground of these two. The sweet spot. Our boards are high quality Currently selling for less than 50% of the cost (thought a direct selling model) Take 50% less time to make than a custom And are 100% personalised, if you name it we can make it (and we have some examples late) WE HAVE SOME TO SHOW YOU
  6. How it works Surfer tells us their details of exactly the board they want, size, shape, colours, engraving, finish etc We create a 3D render of that board Upload the files to a CNC shaping machine We glass spray and deliver the boards
  7. Target market 2.85m surfers in Australia 10% Beginners are well covered – basic board that floats & is cost effecitve 10 %Pro’s well covered – fine tuned R&D 80% sit in the middle – weekend warriors = 80% of maket
  8. Nearly 3m surfers in Aus, 2nd biggest market in the world behind the US so we’re testing this idea in the biggest market for it! 4.5m new surfboards sold each year + an estimated 25m second hand boards And it’s a huge industry from travel to fasion. Realistic expectations of how this could play out 2m weekend warriors, if we capture 1% of the total market = $7m in rev 10% of the market = $70m rev FANTASIC OPPERTUNITY

WE’VE GOT REAL TRACTION 5 MONTHS IN Month on Month growth of 100% Broke even in 65 days Introduced 5 new fully customizable products (Kitesurfing board, longboards, SUP, Wakeboard and snowboards) Kiteboard recently used in a kite session with Richard Brandson BUT Most importantly to us, it to keep listening and learning from our customers, and the feedback so far has been awesome. 10 25 60 150 350

BUT DON’T TAKE OUR WORD FOR IT Here are a few images of some happy customers who have collected their boards (point on the one in the bottom right which a custom request for a board for wedding guests to sign) Big brands in difficult position = large fixed costts Cant compete on price New people can enter the market but set up costs are relative and quality control and momentum are hard to fet Ideally like a big brand to buy us eventually

We believe we’ve proved the demand exists, proven the concept, and proven the business model What we need now is to scale and help in doing so Gary is just about to go full time We need to add sales staff Work on our disruptive distribution model (details tbc) And Stay true to the brand by making the marketing more disruptive than just standard sponsored pros
