Audience           For clients that want an end-to-end platform to enable design, delivery and management of dynamically-
                   assembled BPM solutions or composite applications.
Overview           Supports clients in the rapid instantiation and guidance around standing up service-enabled process
                   solutions on an industrial-strength, componentized platform.

                    Rapid installation and BPM platform readiness
                    First hand introduction to dynamic BPM and composite application best practices
                    Instantiation of basic governance across all component and process layers as appropriate for the client
                    organization, environment and culture
                    Demonstrate strategic value capture and asset reuse through configurable change management and
                    dynamic service assembly

Duration           Six weeks or 240 hours for a BPM consultant or solution architect to work onsite with the client team.
                   While the key values can be accomplished in this timeframe, clients may prioritize some of those more
                   than others based on interest and capabilities. This prioritization will be defined in the beginning to best
                   define the specific deliverables for the six weeks – more or less time may be needed at the close of the
                   six week project to meet additional goals.
