The focus of the project is a Human
Resources Management exchange
between Romanian and Poland
students, when presenting and
defending a paper concerning a HRM-
subject. They will apply their
knowledge when doing research in a
Poland company or organisation
while being in Poland.
 The achieved knowledge of some
international aspects concerning HRM,
 Apply the knowledge and experience in
an international cases,
 Understand the European culture,
 Learn the principles of cooperation in
the group,
 Meet new friends
 Learn and discover real world
1. Firstly, Polish and Romanian teams prepared
some documents about the separated topics.
2. Teams met in Romania to presented their
point of view about chosen topics:
 Talent management,
 Leadership management and
motivation,
 Profesional career in organisation.
I: The opening ceremony
II: Practise part in companies
III. Working in groups and preparing
case studies
IV. Presenting of results
 A final presentations, which
includes comparison of Polish
and Romanian point of views
and research results from
companies and questionnaire.

  • 5. The focus of the project is a Human Resources Management exchange between Romanian and Poland students, when presenting and defending a paper concerning a HRM- subject. They will apply their knowledge when doing research in a Poland company or organisation while being in Poland.
  • 6.  The achieved knowledge of some international aspects concerning HRM,  Apply the knowledge and experience in an international cases,  Understand the European culture,  Learn the principles of cooperation in the group,  Meet new friends  Learn and discover real world
  • 7. 1. Firstly, Polish and Romanian teams prepared some documents about the separated topics. 2. Teams met in Romania to presented their point of view about chosen topics:  Talent management,  Leadership management and motivation,  Profesional career in organisation.
