1. cupcake recipe:
2 cups Black Crown – this is about 1 ½ bottles
1 pound butter – 4 sticks
1 ½ cups extra brute cocoa powder

4 cups all purpose flour
1 tablespoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt

4 eggs
4 cups sugar
2 ½ cups yogurt
directions:
1. Melt the butter and stir in the cocoa powder, and then pour the beer into the mix.
Make sure there are no cocoa powder lumps. Set aside for the moment.
2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, the baking soda, and the salt. Set this
aside as well.
3. In a large bowl, mix the eggs and the yogurt together. Add the sugar and mix
thoroughly.
4. To the egg-sugar mixture, add the butter-beer and mix well.
5. Mix the dry ingredients in with the wet, whisking until there are no flour lumps.
