We know that searching for a new social partner can be overwhelming and confusing, especially
when multiple vendors are involved. In an effort to simplify this process, we are providing factual
information that is intended to assist in this process.
Based on the viewing history on review site TrustRadius, Sprinklr is the most evaluated social vendor
for large enterprises:

Salesforce’s Radian6, Buddy Media, and Social Studio are also considered in the evaluation process.
Based on Sprinklr’s historical data, though, 93% of customers evaluating both Salesforce and
Sprinklr ultimately choose Sprinklr. The following represents factual reviews and comparisons:
In a November 2014 review on TrustRadius of Salesforce’s Social Studio, a user
noted the lack of social channels and Radian 6 integration: “I would like to see
more social networks than only Facebook and Twitter, and also tie into Radian6 more.”
A February 2014 review on TrustRadius of a four-year Salesforce Buddy Media user mentioned “Deep
analytics are lacking...For strategic, digitally-advanced, and analytic teams, the social listening needs that

A February 2014 review on TrustRadius of a four-year Salesforce Buddy Media user mentioned “Deep
analytics are lacking...For strategic, digitally-advanced, and analytic teams, the social listening needs that
Buddy Media offers seemed lacking compared to those of other proficient vendors in the space.”
The latest Forrester Wave report on social relationship platforms recognizes that “while salesforce.com
positions its Marketing Cloud as a ‘single product,’ its two main components (Buddy
Media and Radian6) are not yet integrated. They remain accessible only through
separate platforms, logins, and interfaces…and its client satisfaction scores lag those
of the other vendors in our evaluation.”
That same report lists Sprinklr as having “the most powerful technology” with a stronger performing offering
than Salesforce.com’s Buddy Media.
