QBL – past, present & future PAST In 2007, there was no Assistant Marketing manager, there was only the Marketing Manager who was a man. Only one woman -the Purchasing Manager PRESENT In 2008, an Assistant Marketing manager saw the day - who is a woman. Now there are 2 women at the top management level. FUTURE The future of QBL rest in the strategic decisions that the Board of Directors will take. Whether there will be more women at QBL or less is in their hand.

  • 45. QBL – past, present & future PAST In 2007, there was no Assistant Marketing manager, there was only the Marketing Manager who was a man. Only one woman -the Purchasing Manager PRESENT In 2008, an Assistant Marketing manager saw the day - who is a woman. Now there are 2 women at the top management level. FUTURE The future of QBL rest in the strategic decisions that the Board of Directors will take. Whether there will be more women at QBL or less is in their hand.
