show a prototype of the proposed EHR
Likewise, was able to explain to them how to
import submitted excel reports to the
database.

Software:
MS Visio – Microsoft diagramming program that utilizes vector
graphics.
Open Office – An open-source office suite for publishing
documents
PuTTY - An open source telnet and SSH Client for the Windows
and Unix platforms
XAMPP - Apache distribution containing MySQL, PHP and Perl.
Programming Requirements:PHP (ver 5.2.5 and up) . Apache Server
(ver. 2.0) i.e., Xampp – required to run the system MySQL (ver.
5.0.51a and up)
Hardware:
2 personal workstations – owned by the analyst and engineer working
on the project
