Directions: With your group, create a PSA (Public Service Awareness) for the ISM community about HIV/AIDS.
You will have 3 class periods to work on this task. You can make a poster, imovie or brochure.
It should include; the difference between HIV and AIDS, four ways that HIV spreads from person to person,
symptoms, , health effects (social, mental, physical and emotional), treatments, prevention methods and
describe/explain how HIV and AIDS has become a worldwide problem. Also include some interesting facts or
statistics that your audience can relate to.
Pages 444-447 of the text will be particularly useful as you gather information, but you are allowed to use other
sources if needed. Remember to include a bibliography in MLA format.
