  • hwf829 Jose Palala , SysAdmin and Developer at home! i think those entering web development should start with the client side - so http and stateless REST protocol is so important + jquery/javascript/mootools or whatever javascript language you can find. once you get the idea, the backend is a little trivial - it just gives the data for the view. or you can do vice versa. anyway, i enjoyed reading this informative presentation. that's a lot to learn to do ROR nowadays. Now i know better - i thuoght at first in 2006 when it came out it's for simple sites like tada, now i know better. wish I had started sooner on MVC starting with code ignite and doing some RoR long ago. 6 months ago Reply
