“In the retail business, you have to let customers talk, listen and try
to adjust to it, and help them in any situation”

Advice from the owner: Stay in school. Retail is a very hard area.
I got to say the main thing I learned from this entrepreneur is that
honesty is the key to success in this kind of business.
