oldest son, Andrew
introduced me to
him. Andrew is my
best friend and one
day he just told me
to stop by.
BACKGROUND

 “Friend of mine was in the business for some time, and talked me
into it, and I decided to go to trade school for it”

 attended New England Tech, in Providence, RI

 “ Because of the tough economy and the recession we’re having,
the history of the business is repeating itself. Now, used appliances
are more in demand, since people can’t afford new models. “

 “The fatal flaws in my opinion is definitly dishonesty, which leads
to bad reputation”
THE FUTURE

 “I’ll stay in business to the day I get outta bed”

 I asked Jack about his theory on key to success

 “In the retail business, you have to let customers talk, listen and try
to adjust to it, and help them in any situation”
SUMMARY

 Advice from the owner: Stay in school. Retail is a very hard area.



 I got to say the main thing I learned from this entrepreneur is that
honesty is the key to success in this kind of business.

  • 9. MY QUESTION  I asked Jack about his theory on key to success  “In the retail business, you have to let customers talk, listen and try to adjust to it, and help them in any situation”
  • 10. SUMMARY  Advice from the owner: Stay in school. Retail is a very hard area.  I got to say the main thing I learned from this entrepreneur is that honesty is the key to success in this kind of business.
