    1. Tournament Tracking with GT System Presenter : Doug Baldwin, Cranbury Public Library
    2. What is GT System
      • A tournament scoring systems with the following features:
        • Ability to handle tournament registration, scoring, and data sorting
        • Handle multiple tournament events for multiple locations with aggregated leaderboard data
        • Edit, delete, or add rounds and scores at any point during a tournament (flexibility)
        • Provide link to site where players can create their own account and access their statistics
        • Online registration system for tournament participants if they choose (they create a USER account)
    3. Limitations on GT System
      • Currently unable to sort by branch or location for leaderboard statistics (though this is being worked on)
      • Required Internet access (may be easier to record first to paper, then transfer to GT System later?)
      • Minimal flexibility when it comes to actual scoring system and support of various tournament types

    10. Each participant should have a library abbreviation next to their name in parenthesis. This will allow us to overcome the limitation caused by lack of support for branch filtering on the leaderboard. If you allow players to create their own accounts and register via GTSystem, you should be sure to check your registration list the day of the event and add your location specific abbreviation for players who have not BEFORE you begin the tournament scoring.

    12. This is information is very important as it dictates how GT System will setup your matches (specifically for SSM Brawl).
