3. Professional background Mr. Yon BADAYA Over 15 years in real estate industry (Commercial and Residential Development, Asset Management) and other experience in Long term financing institution. Worked from 2007 to 2010 as Chief Finance Officer at Sogelym-Steiner , the French subsidiary of Zurich Group Steiner, a developer and general contractor with activity in Lyon and Paris. Worked from 1998 to 2006 as Finance Director for HRO Group, an international office developer and asset manager with activity in major markets: Paris, London, Frankfort and New York. HRO was associated with Baupost hedge fund from Boston. Created in 2011 an independent consulting company High Square Invest to target foreign investment funds willing to invest into the French Commercial Real Estate market. Received his Executive MBA in 2007 from HEC Business School and completed the Advanced Management Development Program (AMDP) in Real Estate at HARVARD University GSD in 2011.

Finance - Financial analysis and cash-flows projections, budgets, cash management, mid-term financial planning. Financing solutions and bank diversification. Acquisition & valuation – Portfolio acquisition analysis & Group sale valuation used for negotiation, due diligence and data room monitoring. Consultants and advisors coordination. Development & Property management – budget control, cash management, liaising with technical staff.

Monitoring of legal and fiscal solutions. Investment strategy. Deal negotiations. Financing – Set up structured financing solutions and bank loans to complete equity investment for development projects. Development & Property management – budget control, cash management, liaising with technical staff, contracts follow-up. Leasing & marketing - Leases negotiations, financial analysis on future tenant. Staff management – hiring, team management, implementing company rules.
