• 12 integrated plants, 1 white
cement plant, 11 grinding units in 3

4. RCW Profile
A unit of UCL, Started with capacity of 0.50 MTPA & now 4.70 MTPA at Malkhed
in Gulbarga District.
The unit manufactures Portland cement
Coal based thermal power plant with a 58.2MW Capacity
only cement plant in Indian with a captive coal washer
limestone mine is one of the largest single location mines in India spread over all
area of 1800 acres.

facilities for VIP’s, Regular Executives, & New Joiners.
 All the major departments like Finance, Marketing, Human Resource, and
Production work hand-in-hand. So this unit’s role is vital in UltraTech Cement.
 The green environment in the factory & surrounding village

11. Suggestion & Conclusion
SUGGESTION
• They can adopt addition manpower for more production.
• Provide a chance to the engineers & employee of this unit to grow their skills &
talents by using the techniques outstation training & higher study in their
interested field.
• At the workplace staff has work stress, so concerned authorities should make
effort to introduce relaxation techniques as yoga, pranayama, meditation, etc. in
the regular training programs.
CONCLUSION
• UltraTech Cements is going for major expansions and modernization of cement
plants across the country. Shortly they opening of unit 2 in malkhed near to unit
1 & unit 3 in Hotgi..
• So, UltraTech Cements have huge opportunities in future. Now a day’s
construction and infrastructure industry are booming. I hope this occasion will 11
make UltraTech Cements huge profit.
• The company has the opportunity to become market leader in cement industry
throughout globally.
