interests.
At Clayton Utz we’ve set serious goals for our social
responsibility programs to help address disadvantage
and support access to justice in the communities in
which we work and live.
As a part of Clayton Utz, you’ll be encouraged to join in

► Our partners and employees volunteer time and
co-ordinate resources to assist community
organisations through our Community Connect
program;
► The Clayton Utz Foundation has distributed grants of
over $10.8 million to organisations who address
disadvantage and facilitate access to justice;
► Our Reconciliation Action Plan commits us to working
with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders and other
Australians to overcome the challenges faced by
some First Australians; and

Elise Tully
Executive Assistant
2009 Graduate
The Graduate Practice Administrator Program at
Clayton Utz was a wonderful way to start my
working career as a practice administrator. When I
started as a Graduate Practice Administrator in
2009, I benefited from developing the skills and
knowledge from my mentor practice administrators
that have helped me in becoming the practice
administrator I am today. The program is really
beneficial as you gain experience from meeting
and working with a variety of people across all
parts of the firm who will guide you along the way.
The program has given me so many amazing
opportunities, I worked for a well-known real estate
partner for 5 years and in 2014 was then promoted
to the role of Executive Assistant. I would highly
recommend the Graduate Practice Administrator
Program to anyone who wishes to begin their
career at a great firm.

range of new skills and knowledge. Clayton Utz
also provides the most current technology and
software and has the best in-house training
facilities in Sydney.

The Graduate Practice Administrator Program at Clayton Utz has been very beneficial in my development as a
Practice Administrator. The program pairs you with a buddy and a coach who help you throughout your
rotations. It also exposes you to different legal practice groups and people within Clayton Utz.
I found all the rotations challenging and very rewarding. During my last rotation I had the chance to settle in a
permanent position within the Major Projects and Construction Practice Group. I currently work for two partners
and six other lawyers. I really enjoy working within my team. I have built strong relationships with the people I
work with and continue to develop as a practice administrator.
