6. Raise ! – RMR TEAM
As soon as you have a raise you need to fill in this form. Your RAISES
WILL NOT BE COUNTED UNTIL AND UNLESS :
I. You generate the EP ID i.e raised on myaiesec.net
II. The EP ID needs to be updated on the spreadsheet so that the
delivery team has access to it.
III. You fill in this form (https://podio.com/webforms/5036482/393992). (You
can either fill it in front of the EP or yourself, that’s your choice !)
You are requested NOT to even tell your VP that you have had a raise
until this is done.
7. EP Batches
In order to make a calendar and ensure that EPMs are happening, We will follow
the following structure.
We are making batches of EPs according to the dates they are raised on
BATCH A – Raised till 25th August 2013
BATCH B – 26th August - 10th September 2013
BATCH C – 11th September – 25th September 2013
BATCH D – 26th September – 10th October 2013
BATCH E – 11th October – 31st October 2013
8. EPM calendar
Every batch will have their EPMs on the Sunday next to the date of their batch closing. For
Example : Batch A closes on 20th August so their EPM is on the next Sunday i.e. 25th
August. Similarly for all other batches -
EPM A.1 – 25th August
EPM B.1 – 15th September
EPM C.1 – 29th September
EPM D.1 – 13th October
EPM E.1 – 3rd November
EPIC (EP Induction Conference) – It will be a 2 day conference that will take place in
Delhi-NCR and will happen in MID OCTOBER.
9. PREPARATION MEET
AGENDA In the preparation meet the following things need to be ensured :
Every EP needs to come for the induction meetings and EPMs that we will
have.
They should check mails frequently as we will send newsletters and other
information through emails.
They will be assigned and EP buddy soon and he/she will be available for any
query.
Ask them for referrals also so that you may end up getting more raises from
them.
Inform them that the closing date of their batch and accordingly their EPM
date (tentatively).
