This document describes an Emotional Fitness Refueling Station program for stress management. The 6-week program teaches 6 principles of emotional fitness to help lower stress levels. These principles include becoming aware of authentic emotions, exploring the needs linked to emotions, disconnecting from hot buttons, extending olive branches to resolve conflicts, and doing self-mediation to create new neural connections and ensure long-term stress management. The program costs $185 and is designed to help participants learn if their stress levels are unhealthy, apply stress-reducing principles, use conflicts constructively, and increase their energy levels.
