I plan on changing my diet to a
  healthy one.
 Adding more Vegetables and Fruits
 Cutting down Grains, Proteins, and Dairy to equal
  out my diet
 Making sure to eat only 3 meals a day with snacks
 No longer snack on sweets when hungry

            Tones all parts of the body!

In my Personal Fitness Program I plan to…

• Change my diet to a healthier one
• Get at least 30 minutes of exercising and
  dancing done per day.
• Making my fitness program a part of
  daily life, so it becomes natural.

My Personal Fitness Program

  • 2. Diet Current Diet Fruits Vegatbles Grains Protein Dairy
  • 3. Diet I plan on changing my diet to a healthy one.  Adding more Vegetables and Fruits  Cutting down Grains, Proteins, and Dairy to equal out my diet  Making sure to eat only 3 meals a day with snacks  No longer snack on sweets when hungry

  • 6. Exercise I plan on changing my routine for exercising.  Spending less time playing video games  Making exercising fun  Making it a part of the daily course so it will feel natural to exercise
