This document contains comments from participants in a Spanish mobility program. Some of the key activities and events mentioned include:
- A visit to an aquarium that students enjoyed the most.
- A guided tour of Laboral that some found difficult to follow due to the guide's limited English skills.
- Mixed feedback on workshops on topics like nanotechnology, traditional games, and debate.
- Suggestions for improvements include providing more context, explanations, and language lessons during visits and workshops.
6. COMMENTS: We loved the aquarium most! The visit to Laboral was a bit difficult: students were listening to the
guide of the botanical garden for an hour and then this guide of Laboral had a difficult way of explaining herself in
English, it was the only visit students came to ask when it was going to end.
pay a visit to Oviedo ?? ñore workshop were students really experiment

8. We were not in the first Spanish workshop. The guided tour would definitely have been very interesting, but
the weather is something you can not change. Reception was real welcomming.
there was not enough in the comments of the guides : could have referred to more Spanish history
I did not attend the first workshop. Students reported positively about it. The guided tour of Gijon was
disturbed by the heavy rainfalls but the problem was that the guide often made the wrong decision about
where to stop and how long, where to start talking ( noisy corners ) and it was practically impossible to draw
the attention of the listeners.

12. Maybe some more detailed instructions to the students might make it easier for them to focus on the task and
achieve better outcomes. The activities were fine anyway and teamwork seemed to work. Very interesting idea
the passing on of knowledge and experience to younger students. The Asteroid workshop had maybe too little
time for new students to get really introduced to the working system of the software used. It was anyway quite
interesting.
The traditional games were great, it´s good to see them sport during the exchange. I was worried they would not
have enough time to prepare the visit to primary, but they did great! The visit to primary was enriching for them,
they were surprised about the knowledge of English of these young children. The Ban Cola workshop was good to
make them have a conversation in English and make them think about how to form an argumentation.
not so fond of debate like the one on sugar : it is so complicated ... More historical explanation during the
architectural tour

14. COMMENTS: Maybe lab practices were too ñuch easy, not appropriate to our student's age. yet the idea of having students
explaining experiments to others is a good idea.
The Nanotechnology workshop might have needed some more time. It was really interesting. The specific language used to
describe principles and procedures might have been explained more. I am not sure everybody could follow properly even if
they got an idea of the experiment itself.
Loved this Spanish workshop! The first Lab practice was good to excercise conversation, not especially for the experiments.
Nanopinion was the best workshop! I will use it! Trabanco was very nice, nice to be in the countryside and very interesting.

16. COMMENTS: Time management was maybe less effective between the two visits in the morning. The guide at Laboral
was difficult to follow because of her language skills in English.
Botanical garden : the guide did not wait for everybody to be there, and she did not speak loud, so you might easily miss
explanations, and it was a pity, since what she said was very interesting . Laboral : it is worth a look at the architectural
aspect and the very nice view from the tower, but the visit was actually too long and and the guide spoke a very bad
English
This Spanish workshop was difficult for me and our students. It was nog really explained in English what we had to do,
so we couldn't understand what was expected of us so well. I liked botanical gardens. Laboral was difficult because of
the guide her poor English. Aquarium was lovely.
-the spanish workshop : should have provided a quizz or something to guide in 1st part -visit to garden : the guide didn't
adapt to a large group ( not speaking to all group) - laboral : the only thing nice is the architecture and the view from the
tower but the guide spoke so bad English that we didn't understand much

18. The atmosphere and the environment at Codema have been really special. Thanks to the families, all the teachers
and the school direction, and especially to the coordinator for making everything possible. You took good care of
us and the students, showing real interest, friendship and professional attitude.
-maybe a lesson on the history of asturias would be a good idea. - more lesson of Spanish langage, to learn it -
attending normal lessons in the school would have been interesting, to see how the lesson is performed, what
you ask to the students, what is the atmosphere
Thank you so much! You are so welcomming. The hospitality of the hostfamilies was so lovely! I will definitelly
recommand people I know to come and visit Asturias!
I would have like a little history I would have liked real Spanish lessons
