  1. How is it useful for you? What data are you interested in having reported
  2. Why- why does NAF collect data and how is it useful to the academy- it submission data for something to share that. Also as we are describing the performance measurement system as a whole system, how does this data fit into the big picture?
  3. Esarlier data submission will make it easier.
  4. Will you explain how the self assessment data is connectd to the submission system you are descrbing? It will automaticcaly populate the s-a.
  5. If you do not get your message from NAF right away you must contact your Regional Director. If a YOP is paid they are a YOP.
  6. student groups should be called Cohorts, since that is the language being used Why do we need to know students form other schools? Why do we need to know about other academies at the school? Academy Record This is created by your Regional Director (RD). If your academy’s info is not current contact your RD. General Academy info Academy contract information Academy Director with contact information High School (academy physical location) High School Principal with contact information High School Details Students grouped/housed within academy all day Freshman academy Students from other schools
  7. Self assessment data is part of required data, moving toward collecting allof these data through connectEDU.
  8. Studet work based learning and college readiness data will be collected through the ConnectEDU platform

Where Where to gather information: teachers, Again stress that this info will e collected by CE as your district engages in a partnership to gather information: teachers, Academy Program of Study Where and when to gather information NAF Courses being offered Non-NAF courses being offered Teachers assigned to academy courses ( you have already entered teachers in Contact Manager) Number of years course taught by teacher Cohorting by grade level – number of courses academy students are cohorted each day Number of class periods scheduled each day

  16. Access Manager Who, Where and When to gather & enter information [Consider a team approach to data entry.] Access can be given by Director to other academy team members who can assist the director with data submission. These team members come from names in Contact Manager
  17. Data Submission Status This indicates whether your academy is COMPLETE or INCOMPLETE with its data submission.
