8. What I learned
In the lighting slide I went over I learned a lot that I didn’t know about
lighting. From what i’ve read I have gathered a lot of tips on how to
handle certain lighting. My biggest thing was natural lighting and what
the best times are to get certain photos.
The setting makes the mood in the photo. You can use the weather and the
time of day to minipulate the mood of a photograph. The lighting on a
subject creates different effects. With back lighting you get a more
dramatic effect. With soft lighting you get a more mellow effect. With hard
lighting you get a more epic effect. By using these tips in my everyday
photography I can really improve my work and create new effects to
create more of a variaty.
