2. The envelopes contains a personalised letter from a whistle blower with the type blacked out
which can only be deciphered by downloading an app or going to the mobile website at the end of
the letter.
3. Once the app is downloaded or they go
to a mobile website, they can scan the
letter and the code is revealed.
