Whomever it may concern,
Keaton has worked with me at the Horne Activity Center for almost two years. When he
first started he was an issue room attendant, but after working with him and going through
another interview I found him qualified to become the issue room supervisor.
As Keaton has worked with me I have seen his commitment to the job in many ways
which include: being on time, being professional and honest, helping other employees, and
always being willing to help out when assistance is needed. He is a hard worker with integrity,
respect, and confidence. He has been given a key to open and close the Activity Center
unsupervised while also handling money for the day. Keaton has shown great leadership skills
and communication. He started demonstrating his leadership ability even before I gave him the
supervisor position by participating in a training about professionalism in the work place. I have
since asked him to be in charge of training the issue room attendants and I appreciate how well
he has responded to my instruction and given me feedback and reports when fulfilling this task.
Of particular value to me as a manager has been Keaton’s ability to work with minimal
supervision and unwavering commitment to meet coworkers’ and customers’ needs and
expectations.
As I have worked with Keaton, he has clearly demonstrated his integrity,
professionalism, communication skills, leadership quality, and value of hard work. I am grateful
to have him as an employee and would recommend Keaton to any employer.
Sincerely,
Roger Watson
