About Facet5
Facet5 is a ‘Big 5’ measure of personality, used by organisations
and consultancies around the world. Used for recruitment and
selection, building high performing teams, supporting work
relationships, as well as coaching and leadership development,
Facet5 describes, explains and predicts behaviour. Available in
over 30 languages, Facet5 delivers an in-depth understanding of
personality using plain language, specifically designed for use in
the workplace.
Asia Pacific Accreditation Workshops 2013
The two-day Facet5 Accreditation workshop provides participants
with the theoretical and practical knowledge to use the Facet5
online personality system, administer and generate reports,
deliver feedback, and manage large team-based projects. With an
emphasis on information and real-time practice, participants find
the program helpful and straightforward. Participants will leave with
full authorisation for use of the Facet5 personality profiling system,
as well as access to online support and guides.
Program Outline
The program covers the following content areas:
	 • The history and development of Facet5
	 • ‘Big 5’ theory
	 • Reliability and validity of Facet5 compared with other tools
	 • Facet5 factors and sub-factors in depth
	 • Factor combinations
	 • Response latency
	 • Norm groups and languages
	 • Other Facet5 applications: Audition, Backdrop, Strategic
Leadership, Review and Teamscape
At the completion of the program, participants will:
	 • Be able to interpret Face5 profiles confidently and accurately
	 • Be able to deliver quality feedback, and answer key questions that
may arise during the feedback process
	 • Have an understanding of the application of Facet5 for selection,
team-building and development
	 • Understand the relevance of different norm groups
	 • Be able to manage administration, report generation, debriefing
and follow up	
	 • Have access to the Facet5 system including online resources,
case studies and access to current research

• A two-day program delivered by a Facet5 Master Trainer
• A debrief of their profile by an accredited Facet5 feedback provider

• A signed accreditation certificate from Facet5
• A login to use the Facet5 system, administer profiles, manage
projects and access the support database
• Ongoing Facet5 system and technical support
• Access to the global Facet5 practitioner community

Below are the main terms that govern our business relationship with you. We are supplying accreditation services to you to enable you to use Facet5 and its associated products. These terms cover all of our
accreditation services. It is important that you understand these terms fully, and if you are uncertain about any part of them, please let us know immediately.
Fees for Accreditation
1. Our fees cover training delivery, course materials, and access to the Facet5 practitioner system, subject to satisfactory performance in the program.
2. All participants will be invoiced prior to the training dates, and our payment terms are 30 days. Full payment is required 30 days in advance of any accreditation program to secure a place on that program.
3. If your organisation requires it, you must supply a Purchase Order number in advance for your place on the course.
4. Our cancellation fees are outlined below:
	 • If a cancellation occurs there will be no charge if a replacement delegate is provided more than 7 days before the commencement of the course
	 • If a cancellation occurs 7 days or less prior to the training course no refund will be given
	 • If a cancellation occurs between 7-21 days prior, the fee will be held in credit
	 • If a cancellation occurs 21 days or more prior, a full refund will be supplied. Travel and Accommodation is the responsibility of the delegate and is not included in the price of the course
