Associate 1 is a consultant advisor to organisations providing services for children and others
in the social care sector, specialising in the private and voluntary sectors. His experience
spans from 1985, working successfully at all levels in organisations – from front line worker,
to strategic director and board member. He therefore has first hand experience in all aspects
of running complex organisations and brings this extensive knowledge to his work as a
consultant. Associate 1’s key skills include starting up new projects, programs and services;
the development of outcomes based approaches and service review and evaluation for
development
Associate 2 is a child centred practitioner and a passionate advocator for children in the
looked after system. She is a team player and has experience working within teams,
managing teams and providing leadership to multi disciplinary teams and leasing with a range
of agencies and stakeholders. Associate 2 is a solution focused practitioner, experienced in
managing and supporting others through change. Her experience enables her to effectively
work with others to identify solutions within organisations and teams.
