• Why did we think it could work: Validated skillset
• Why it didn’t work: NO validated questionnaire;
talent fields were controversial
• Conclusion: there is no other education than self-
education

• Why did we think it could work: Open ended
questions help to think things through and to
grow
• Why it didn’t work: What works verbally doesn’t
necessary work virtually
• Conclusion: Simpler is better, so listen to the
programmer
