VISION
We envision a world in which entrepreneurs are not left behind or neglected because of lack of technical
experience, mentoring or funds.

Mission
Our mission is to develop a sustainable tech startup ecosystem in which tech startups can develop their
ideas, refine their products and scale their ideas to the next level. We provide startups with technical
expertise and technical development on equity basis. The incubator is also ready to invest in the startup
from early stage (seed funding) on co-funding basis by matching whatever a co-investor is ready with
equivalent amount from our side. We do all the technical development through our own internal team. We
also help entrepreneurs in business validation, marketing strategies and opening new markets through our
huge network of representatives and regional partners.

How does it work?
Entrepreneur
submit the
business plan to
us for review
If all the terms
are agreeable by
FC and the
entrepreneur,
he/she gets the
initial acceptance
letter
With this letter
we commit to
invest 50% of the
money the
startup needs.
The entrepreneur
has ONLY to raise
the other 50%
We wait for the
entrepreneur to
secure the other
50%.
We also help raise
capital for the
startup by featuring
it on our website
and talk to our
network of investors
about it
Once the money is almost
ready, then we setup two
teams for the startup.
One is a business team to
help validate the idea and
give feedback. The other
team is technical who will
be preparing the project
plan for development and
setting up the team with
the required skillsets
