2. Rationale Libraries now faced the problem of online presence. Finances and technological skills are the main reasons. Web 2.0 significantly affect the web, thus, making all people as collaborator of knowledge. So, if many people collaborate for free then a lot of free resources will be available. Internet is a library of good and evil.

3. Objectives To gain knowledge and skills on the different free internet resources applicable for the libraries. To be able to apply at least 50% of the skills learned.
