Pregnancy is the most vital stage of your life, and probably for your baby too.
Undoubtedly, it is the most special time in the life of a woman and therefore, there are
few things the pregnant women should avoid for their baby’s health.
You should definitely avoid risk which can complicate or terminate a pregnancy. As a
mom, I am going to share some dangerous things to avoid in pregnancy from my
experience.
We all know very well that how smoking is injurious to our health. It is so dangerous to
pregnant women. Therefore, this is the foremost thing that you as well as people around
you need to avoid.
2. Avoid standing for a longer period and avoid climb highly and avoid dying your hair as
well as avoid working with lots of chemicals which may all seriously affect your baby.
In addition to smoking, you should not drink any alcoholic beverages or any kind of
illegal beverages because it’s all thoughts to pose for baby’s mental development as
well as leads to low birth weight, damage weight system etc..
Another important things should not do is eating the wrong kind of food items which
cause premature labor or some other kind of damage to the fetus. Food to avoid

unwashed fruits and vegetables.
Fish is healthy to take but during pregnancy, you should avoid certain kinds of fish
because methylmercury affects the development of child’s brain. So, avoid swordfish,

Avoid exposure to toxic substances and chemicals, such as cleaning solvents, lead, and
mercury, some insecticides, and paint. Pregnant women should avoid exposure to paint
fumes.
4. You should not take the prescription drug over the limit which told you to do the
Doctor.
Some women like to have caffeine and it’s their favorite too. You can enjoy your favorite
caffeine with a limit but if it is excess, it may increase baby’s heart and breathe rate as
well as increase the risk of stretch mark.
Don’t take very hot baths or use hot tubs or saunas. High temperatures can be harmful
to the fetus, or cause you to faint.
X-rays are considered to be small unless necessary see. So, you need to avoid during
pregnancy because which may cause birth defects and even death of the fetus.
5. You should definitely avoid stress and anxiety as it can affect your health as well as
baby’s health and may lead to the chances that baby born underweight or premature.
So, stay away from stress.
