communicates
the
fact
we
are

regardless

our
differences
or
beliefs.
    4. 4. NAME:STRENGTHSThe name has a very powerful aurora and is a bold titlethat stands out. Very rarely do organizations use theWord “God” in the title which causes Under God TV tostand out from everyone else. In America we arefamiliar with the pledge of Allegiance which has thewords “One nation Under God.” This is a benefitbecause it is already a familiar phrase that peoplearound the world have heard.Another benefit is that ourChristian audience will hear the name and it will sparkinterest.
    5. 5. NAME: WEAKNESSESA weakness in the title is that it automatically deterspeople that want nothing to do with God or religion. Aspeople who hear the title it could bring feelings oranger, bitterness, and disappointments if these peoplehave had a bad experiences with God, church orreligion in general.

CATEGORIESAccording to the USPTO.gov website the name UnderGod TV poses no conflicts with current organizations.The category that Under God TV would be placed inlegally is the category: descriptive. As explained in thearticle “Pursuing Strong Brand,” descriptive brandsdirectly refer to the service or product of the company.

LAWS FOR BRANDING 2.LogoThe logo we have decided to use complies with the lawof color based on the fact we are using a horizontallogotype and a unique typography that is appealing tothe eye.The law of color works in our favor due to the fact weare using 2 (Black & White) of the 5 basic primarycolors. Also the color of gold closely matches yellowwhich is also another primary color.

LOGO: SYMBOLISMDue to the nature of the business we are in we havedecided to use a logo with symbolic and describesUnder God TV.The Logo we have has video camera included in it withfilm strips eluding to the fact that we are a companybased on media/television. Our logo is unique becauseit has a logo graphic that is vividly appealing anddescriptive.
    9. 9. COMPETITORSThe Logo that daystar uses is very simple yet profound.The gold star they use pops out at the viewer and turnsplan text into a vivid voyage.
    10. 10. ADMIRABLE LOGOOne of the logos I really admire is the apple logo. It issimple yet complex at the same time because of itsedginess and 3D look. This logo always stood out tome. It does not really correlate with design we use forUnder God TV but our logo has a futuristic feel thatthis apple logo has.

CORPORATE CULTURE THE VISION OF UNDER GOD TELEVISION UnderGodTV VISION Under God Television was established to influence the world.Through uplifting TV shows, divine TV production, joyous praise andworship, urban concentrated content, and the direction of the HolySpirit, Under God TV strives to reach the youth and old to live a lifefor Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior. The mission of Under God TV isalso to encourage believers of Jesus Christ to continue on theirrighteous path to a victorious life through Christ Jesus and bringunbelievers to the saving power of Jesus.” Under God TV strictlyfollows the word, and the direction of God to win souls for the Lord. Ifyou ever feel down just remember that IF YOU’RE BREATHINGYOU’RE BLESSED.

MISSION STATEMENTThe Mission we have for Under God TV is to be the premiereprovider of high quality, positive programming for todays youth.We seek to be the ultimate alternative from the negativedepictions in media. We plan to give programming to youth thatis inspirational, encouraging,fun and educational with an urbanappeal.This mission is directed to both our audience and employees. Itwill be broadcast on our website and in our code of ethics.The mission gives direction and focus to our cause however it isquite long and hard to memorize. Our competitors have similarstatements that are more concise and geared towards differentdemographics.
    14. 14. TAG LINEA good tagline is one that is clear, concise and to thepoint. Its catchy and easily memorizable. EXPERIENCE TV UNDER NO LIMITS

TAG LINEOur tag line speaks to our perspective viewers becasueit shows them that there is a form of TV that you havenot experienced before.The brand image is slightly expressed because thebrand is to give a uplifting type of TV, and the tagline isuplifting. Our tagline is like no other because we areUnder God TV and we are saying “Expierence TV underno limits because God is unlimited and we want theviewers to experience the unlimited content we have tooffer.
