NAME:STRENGTHS
The name has a very powerful aurora and is a bold title
that stands out. Very rarely do organizations use the
Word “God” in the title which causes Under God TV to
stand out from everyone else. In America we are
familiar with the pledge of Allegiance which has the
words “One nation Under God.” This is a benefit
because it is already a familiar phrase that people
around the world have heard.Another benefit is that our
Christian audience will hear the name and it will spark
interest.
NAME: WEAKNESSES
A weakness in the title is that it automatically deters
people that want nothing to do with God or religion. As
people who hear the title it could bring feelings or
anger, bitterness, and disappointments if these people
have had a bad experiences with God, church or
religion in general.
CATEGORIES
According to the USPTO.gov website the name Under
God TV poses no conflicts with current organizations.
The category that Under God TV would be placed in
legally is the category: descriptive. As explained in the
article “Pursuing Strong Brand,” descriptive brands
directly refer to the service or product of the company.
LAWS FOR BRANDING
                        2.Logo
The logo we have decided to use complies with the law
of color based on the fact we are using a horizontal
logotype and a unique typography that is appealing to
the eye.
The law of color works in our favor due to the fact we
are using 2 (Black & White) of the 5 basic primary
colors. Also the color of gold closely matches yellow
which is also another primary color.
LOGO: SYMBOLISM
Due to the nature of the business we are in we have
decided to use a logo with symbolic and describes
Under God TV.
The Logo we have has video camera included in it with
film strips eluding to the fact that we are a company
based on media/television. Our logo is unique because
it has a logo graphic that is vividly appealing and
descriptive.
COMPETITORS


The Logo that daystar uses is very simple yet profound.
The gold star they use pops out at the viewer and turns
plan text into a vivid voyage.
ADMIRABLE LOGO



One of the logos I really admire is the apple logo. It is
simple yet complex at the same time because of its
edginess and 3D look. This logo always stood out to
me. It does not really correlate with design we use for
Under God TV but our logo has a futuristic feel that
this apple logo has.

   Under God Television was established to influence the world.
Through uplifting TV shows, divine TV production, joyous praise and
worship, urban concentrated content, and the direction of the Holy
Spirit, Under God TV strives to reach the youth and old to live a life
for Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior. The mission of Under God TV is
also to encourage believers of Jesus Christ to continue on their
righteous path to a victorious life through Christ Jesus and bring
unbelievers to the saving power of Jesus.” Under God TV strictly
follows the word, and the direction of God to win souls for the Lord. If
you ever feel down just remember that IF YOU’RE BREATHING
YOU’RE BLESSED.
MISSION STATEMENT
The Mission we have for Under God TV is to be the premiere
provider of high quality, positive programming for todays youth.
We seek to be the ultimate alternative from the negative
depictions in media. We plan to give programming to youth that
is inspirational, encouraging,fun and educational with an urban
appeal.

This mission is directed to both our audience and employees. It
will be broadcast on our website and in our code of ethics.

The mission gives direction and focus to our cause however it is
quite long and hard to memorize. Our competitors have similar
statements that are more concise and geared towards different
demographics.
TAG LINE

A good tagline is one that is clear, concise and to the
point. Its catchy and easily memorizable.

TAG LINE
Our tag line speaks to our perspective viewers becasue
it shows them that there is a form of TV that you have
not experienced before.
The brand image is slightly expressed because the
brand is to give a uplifting type of TV, and the tagline is
uplifting. Our tagline is like no other because we are
Under God TV and we are saying “Expierence TV under
no limits because God is unlimited and we want the
viewers to experience the unlimited content we have to
offer.

  • 4. NAME:STRENGTHS The name has a very powerful aurora and is a bold title that stands out. Very rarely do organizations use the Word “God” in the title which causes Under God TV to stand out from everyone else. In America we are familiar with the pledge of Allegiance which has the words “One nation Under God.” This is a benefit because it is already a familiar phrase that people around the world have heard.Another benefit is that our Christian audience will hear the name and it will spark interest.
  • 5. NAME: WEAKNESSES A weakness in the title is that it automatically deters people that want nothing to do with God or religion. As people who hear the title it could bring feelings or anger, bitterness, and disappointments if these people have had a bad experiences with God, church or religion in general.
  • 6. CATEGORIES According to the USPTO.gov website the name Under God TV poses no conflicts with current organizations. The category that Under God TV would be placed in legally is the category: descriptive. As explained in the article “Pursuing Strong Brand,” descriptive brands directly refer to the service or product of the company.

LAWS FOR BRANDING 2.Logo The logo we have decided to use complies with the law of color based on the fact we are using a horizontal logotype and a unique typography that is appealing to the eye. The law of color works in our favor due to the fact we are using 2 (Black & White) of the 5 basic primary colors. Also the color of gold closely matches yellow which is also another primary color.
  • 8. LOGO: SYMBOLISM Due to the nature of the business we are in we have decided to use a logo with symbolic and describes Under God TV. The Logo we have has video camera included in it with film strips eluding to the fact that we are a company based on media/television. Our logo is unique because it has a logo graphic that is vividly appealing and descriptive.
  • 9. COMPETITORS The Logo that daystar uses is very simple yet profound. The gold star they use pops out at the viewer and turns plan text into a vivid voyage.
  • 10. ADMIRABLE LOGO One of the logos I really admire is the apple logo. It is simple yet complex at the same time because of its edginess and 3D look. This logo always stood out to me. It does not really correlate with design we use for Under God TV but our logo has a futuristic feel that this apple logo has.

Through uplifting TV shows, divine TV production, joyous praise and worship, urban concentrated content, and the direction of the Holy Spirit, Under God TV strives to reach the youth and old to live a life for Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior. The mission of Under God TV is also to encourage believers of Jesus Christ to continue on their righteous path to a victorious life through Christ Jesus and bring unbelievers to the saving power of Jesus.” Under God TV strictly follows the word, and the direction of God to win souls for the Lord. If you ever feel down just remember that IF YOU’RE BREATHING YOU’RE BLESSED.
  • 13. MISSION STATEMENT The Mission we have for Under God TV is to be the premiere provider of high quality, positive programming for todays youth. We seek to be the ultimate alternative from the negative depictions in media. We plan to give programming to youth that is inspirational, encouraging,fun and educational with an urban appeal. This mission is directed to both our audience and employees. It will be broadcast on our website and in our code of ethics. The mission gives direction and focus to our cause however it is quite long and hard to memorize. Our competitors have similar statements that are more concise and geared towards different demographics.
  • 14. TAG LINE A good tagline is one that is clear, concise and to the point. Its catchy and easily memorizable. EXPERIENCE TV UNDER NO LIMITS
  • 15. TAG LINE Our tag line speaks to our perspective viewers becasue it shows them that there is a form of TV that you have not experienced before. The brand image is slightly expressed because the brand is to give a uplifting type of TV, and the tagline is uplifting. Our tagline is like no other because we are Under God TV and we are saying “Expierence TV under no limits because God is unlimited and we want the viewers to experience the unlimited content we have to offer.
