9. Dirk Thomaz Schwenkow
Dirk is managing partner of DIRETOBRASIL. Major
steps in his professional career: DOW and Bayer in
Brazil (marketing functions), McKinsey in Germany
(consultant), Círculo de Lectores (Bertelsmann) in
Spain (member of the board of directors, director of
marketing and sales), DAMART Italy (general
manager), DAMART Austria (general manager) and
the MELTRA Group in Germany (president & CEO,
one of the most important groups in paper recycling
in Europe, with 20 companies). President of
MERCURI URVAL LatAm, 2000-2010.
Academic activities; professor of the following
business schools; FGV, FIA-USP, IBMEC/INSPER, BSP,
EADA, Webster University Vienna.

10. Antonio Clovis Garcia Alves
Clovis is managing partner of DIRETOBRASIL. He
was director of MERCURI URVAL LatAm, 2001-2010.
He worked over 12 years at Loctite Brasil, being the
company General Manager for five years. He
participated in an important period of the
professionalization of Industrias Muller de Bebidas
as Director. He was General Manager of H.B. Füller
Brasil and member of the Latin America Leadership
Council of the company for four years. Previously he
worked during a long period in the earthmoving,
mining and agriculture markets in companies like
Caterpillar Co., Fiat-Allis and Lark Equipment. He is a
Mechanical Engineer with Post Graduation in
Marketing and also coordinates groups of CEO’s for
RENAISSANCE EXECUTIVE FORUM in Brazil. He
worked and studied in the USA.

11. Laercio Panato
Twenty-five years of experience working as an
executive and consultant in strategic management of
sales, marketing and communication companies an
such as: HP, 3M, Natura Cosmetics, Kienzle, Henkel -
Loctite, Hope Lingerie and La Pastina, among others.
He has held managerial and board positions in
commerce and marketing area.
Led start-up project in the area of adhesives in
large multinational company.
Was a lecturer and facilitator in leadership
programs for managers, corporate coaching and
interpersonal skills.
Graduate in Business Administration (PUC) Post-
Graduate in Marketing (FGV) and MBA in General
Management – IBMEC.

12. Ulrich Kühn
Ulrich Kühn is senior consultant and engagement
manager of DIRETOBRASIL. He has an Master of
Science degree in electronic engineering and a
Master of Business Administration degree. Prior to
joining DIRETOBRASIL he worked for MERCURI
URVAL as senior consultant and for GlobeNET/Brasil
Telecom as General Country Manager in Brazil. He
was COO of TeleNova Corporation, an Internet ASP
and Voice over IP enterprise, Before that, he was
marketing and business director of Mcom Wireless,
a holding company that owns companies in the
cellular mobile, paging and fiber network markets.
Kühn was marketing and sales director at Global
One, and also worked at Digirede, a leading
company in automatic banking systems, He started
his career at Burroughs (now Unisys) and also
worked for Elebra Informática.

13. Christina Prado
Worked for more than fifteen years in Human
Resources Consulting, specially in Assessment and
Executive Development. She has an academic
background in psychology, with specialization in
Organizational Psychology from the University São
Marcos. She works as a Coach and is a member of
ICC (International Coaching Community). She held
the position of Manager of Organizational
Development at Heublein of Brazil, now Diageo,
before acting as an independent consultant. She has
experience in multinational organizations, Brazilian
companies and Brazilian government, in several
segments. Christina has important experience in the
Banking segment, Electricity, Manufacturing,
Furniture, Pulp & Paper, Federal Public Services,
Sugar and alcohol, Steel, Telecommunications and
Pharmaceuticals, among others.

14. CARLA KATAYAMA
Degree in Accounting from Universidade de Toledo. Worked for 10 years in
administrative/commercial areas of Blaser Swisslube. Currently working as
Business Analyst in DiretoBrasil.
LUANA LISBOA
Marketing Assistant at DiretoBrasil. Degree in Communication from
Universidade Anhembi Morumbi. Studied Communication at Universidad
Europea de Madrid and worked in the administrative area of SUM O’CLOCK in
Madrid. Previously worked in the commercial area of General Mills in Brazil.
AMANDA REIS
Student of Psychology at Universidade Paulista. Amanda is a trainee
at DiretoBrasil, where she is developing a new project in the
Hospitality, Gastronomy and Tourism area.
YASMIN SOARES
Degree in Professional Qualification at SENAI and student of Administration
of Human Resources at Universidade UniNOVE. She is a trainee at DiretoBrasil.
