Create Surveys and retrieve Survey results.

1. Surveys

2. Click
Control Panel

3. Click
Survey Manager

4. Click
Add Survey

5. Include a Survey name
(description and
instructions are
optional), then click
submit

6. Select the type of
Survey question
from the drop
down box, then
click Go

7. 1. Type the
question
2. Select 3. Scroll down
Options and click
Submit

8. Continue to add
questions
Modify or Remove
a question

9. Change the
order of the
questions After all
questions have
been added,
scroll down and
click Submit

10. Survey can be
exported for use
in other courses
Click OK to
return to the
Control Panel

11.  The Survey must now be add to the
course area for student access
 In this example, the Survey will be
added to the Assignments area
 Students can be informed that all
survey responses are anonymous (see
slide 26)

12. Click
Assignments

13. Select Survey from
the drop down box
and click Go

14. Select the
Survey
Click
Submit

15. Click
OK

16. Select Yes, to make
the survey available to
students

17. Select Options
Submit

19. Click to return to the
main course area

20. Click Assignments

22. From the Control
Panel, click Grade
Center

23. Check Mark
indicates
completed Survey

24. Click the arrow next to the
Survey name and select
Download Results from the
drop down box

25. Click Link to
download
results

26. Results open in
Excel
All responses are
anonymous
