1. NJROTC Orientation Trip Itinerary
April 26 – 28, 2013
Parents,
This year we are taking a three day trip to visit the University of South Florida, MacDill Air Force Base,
The Tampa Aquarium, and Busch Gardens. Students will need enough spending money for their meals
(except breakfast) and incidentals. We think this will be a very enjoyable and rewarding trip for the
students that attend. Our students will be representing Bishop Kenny High School and our NJROTC
program so we expect them to dress conservatively and act accordingly (as I know they will). On Friday
they will need to wear their NJROTC Khaki Cargo Pants with Yellow Navy PT shirt and comfortable shoes
(NO sandals/flip flops etc.) and bring their ID card. On Saturday and Sunday they will be allowed to
wear jeans/slacks/ Red BK NJROTC T-shirt and comfortable shoes. If you have any questions, please

7:45 a.m. - Charter Bus arrives at Bishop Kenny High School
8:00 a.m. - Depart Bishop Kenny
11:30 a.m. - Arrive University of South Florida
11:30 p.m. – 2:30 p.m. - Tour University of South Florida (Lunch)
2:30 p.m. - Depart USF to Hotel
3:00 p.m. - Arrive Hotel (Comfort Suites, 5421 W. Waters Ave, Tampa FL 33634,

11:00 p.m. - Curfew (Lights Out)
April 27th DRESS: Jeans/Slacks/Shorts (NO GYM SHORTS) and BK RED T-shirt
8:45 a.m. - Depart Hotel to Busch Gardens
9:30 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. - Busch Gardens (Lunch at Busch Gardens. Dinner enroute to Hotel)
9:00 p.m. Approx - Arrive Hotel
11:00 p.m. - Curfew (Lights Out)
April 28th DRESS: Jeans/Slacks/Shorts (NO GYM SHORTS) and Collared Shirt
8:45 a.m. - Checkout / Depart Hotel
9:30 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. - Tour Tampa Aquarium / Dolphin Tour
5:30 p.m. - Arrive Bishop Kenny
