Anization. It is all about the best of time and worst of time, the endangered time and the
engagement time when the lifeblood of the business gets triggered at. It is the time that
denotes some of the innovation, result, approach, manpower, effort and business itself.
Whereas in the traditional viewpoint, sales are the result of the constant 911 approach, the
effort of creative, consistent marketing strategy; but now in the next–generation, new- level
industry segment; disruption is the only unified sales survival leaderboard. If you want to
survive in the dynamic changing market segment; you have to be market disruptive!
The main contribution of the cloud in sales is, that it is constantly evolving with an ever-
evolving changing market scenario. Once segmentation was the key to marketing strategy
and the cloud did it through its analytics or mapping of the consumer journey. Before that,
communication uplifts sales growth and the cloud did it not just through its multi-channel
communication; but for its Omni-channel presence inside the heart of a business. In the case
of ‘future talks’ in a business, the cloud gets evolved with its predictive analysis, demand
forecasting features to generate sales as well additional sales in an organization. Evolving
beyond the tiny micro–level excelling; the cloud is the continuum to find out the key time of a
business; a period when sales outgrow, when its lag behind and the time, when it is going to
take an unexpected turn
.
The other massive elevation cloud bestows in sales is, transforming the clients’
expectations. It is not about reaching the right data to the right customer; rather
transforming the clients’ expectations that fuel the organization’s growth. In the period of
post lockdown following the pandemic era; the outlook, and buying pattern of consumers
are changing and they will change over time. Cloud is no more just a backbone of an
expanded market scenario. It is a table turner that collaborated both the sales and
experience of several organizations as nowadays, organizations don’t believe in
delivering products/ reports to their clients or stakeholders; they believe in delivering the
experience. Today no organization can believe in growth; rather it is all about
‘sustainable growth’ and the cloud does it to add life to the lifeblood of an organization.
