What are healthy foods that give us the energy to go on with our daily tasks? How do you recognize a healthy food? Out of the hundreds and millions of different food, there are only a few that can be acknowledged as the healthiest foods.

However, it doesn’t mean that foods that are not on this article’s list are not at all healthy. They can be healthy, but they may not have all the criteria to be on the list of the healthiest foods on the planet.
