  2. 2. MAKE HALF YOUR GRAINS WHOLE Whole grains are higher in fiber and some nutrients than other grains.
  3. 3. Look for whole wheat or other whole grains on the ingredient label.
  4. 4. Brazilian beans and rice are a good choice.
  5. 5. VARY YOUR VEGGIES Most people do not eat enough vegetables, especially dark green and orange vegetables.
  6. 6. Vegetables have vitamins and minerals that are important for a healthy body.
  7. 7. FOCUS ON FRUITS Variety is important, try different collors.
  8. 8. Juice drinks should be 100% juice.
  9. 9. GET YOUR CALCIUM-RICH FOODS Milk and milk products are sources of calcium.
  10. 10. There is calcium in dark green leafy vegetables, too.
  11. 11. YOUR BODY IS MADE WITH PROTEINS But take care: don’t eat too much of animal proteins.
  12. 12. USE HEALTHY OILS AND DO NOT HEAT THEM
  13. 13. SAY NO TO HIGH FAT AND HIGH SUGAR FOODS
  14. 14. LIMIT PROCESSED FOOD
  15. 15. DRINK A LOT OF WATER
  16. 16. DO PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES
  17. 17. AND BE HEALTHIER!
