 Responsible for Pre Dispatch Inspection Report (PDIR) .
 Warranty Analysis– Customer Complaint Analysis 0 km & Field Return Failures.
 Expertise in Root Cause Analysis of internal production line failures, 0-KM failures, and Field
failures.
 Interacting with Customers for Corrective and preventive actions.
 Preparing rejection trend and Pareto chart and analyzing the rejection cause.
 Corresponding with OEM for any Failures at both 0 km and Field Failures.
 Simulations at Customer/Dealer places to understand the exact failure conditions and vehicle
failure History.
 Responsible for carrying out the first part approval.
 Responsible for customer complaint analysis and interacting with Customer to explain the
failure analysis details.
 Liable for why- why analysis of product failure.
 Coordinate and investigate with Customers for repeated failures along with Development Design
teams.
