Getting Started
• Login to the URL - https://3b-demo.3esofttech.com/
• To invite other participants to join the meeting
a) Click on copy button -
b) Copy the link -
• Share the meeting link with other participants.
• Now click on button to start the meeting
• You can also send calendar invite on Google Calendar for participant to join -

BREAKOUT ROOMS
Enter Room Name
Check if you want participant to join in mute when
they join the meeting
Check if you want to approve participants to join
the meeting or automatically join into the room

BREAKOUT ROOMS
Moderator can also create breakout rooms from existing meeting. On the left-hand side of meeting pane, click
on the cog wheel and select create breakout rooms. Select the number of rooms and duration of each
meeting and by simple drag and drop, you can move the participants from Room 1 or Room 2.

Microphone / Listen Only Mode
Once the meeting is started, you will be asked to join
via Microphone / Listen Only mode.
You can choose any one of the option based on the
meeting requirements.

Shared Notes
• Once you are logged into the meeting - On the top left
hand side, you can find the option for Shared Notes.
• Shared Notes is the meeting notes where minutes of
meetings can be taken and shared in PPT, PDF, DOC
format.

Public / Private Chat
• On top left corner of the
BigBlueButton meeting, you
can see an option of Public
Chat.
• When you want to chat
personally with a specific user,
click on the user and you will
find an option – Start a
private chat.

Mute Participants
• On the left-hand side of the page, click on
the cog wheel button. You will find
different option for muting the participants
in meeting.
a) Mute all user
b) Mute all users except presenter.
You can check on any one of the option based
on your requirement for the meeting.

Attendance
• On the left-hand side of the page,
click on the cog wheel button.
You will find option to Save
usernames.
• This option is used to save the list of
users attended the meeting.

Screen Sharing
• Click on the Screen Share button and you will
get three options to share the screen.
Option 1 – Your Entire Screen
Option 2 – Application Window
Option 3 – Chrome Tab
You can choose to screen share any one of the option
based on your need.

Webcam Sharing
• Click on the Webcam Share button you will
get three options to check the settings for Camera
and Quality.
• You can select the option and can click on Start
Sharing button.

Upload a Presentation
• On the bottom left corner, you can find a
button. Click on it and you will get an option
Upload a presentation option. You can
upload a ppt or pdf and you won’t be needing
to share your screen.
• Participants can even download the PPT /
PDF if moderator has enabled the option for
download.

Start A Poll
• On the bottom left corner, you can find a button. Click on it and you
will get an option Start a poll option. You can upload a ppt or pdf with
questionnaires in each page with options – Yes / No , True / False, or
MCQs. Participants will get notification once the polling start.

Share and External Video
• On the bottom left corner, you can find a
button. Click on it and you will get an option
Share an External Video option.
• Click on it and you can share YouTube / Vimeo
/ Instructor Media / Twitch / Dailymotion
videos from this option in the BigBlueButton
meeting.

Recording
• On the top of the meeting screen, you can find a option for and you will get an option to Start
recording the meeting session.

Live Whiteboard
• Once the presentation is uploaded
into the meeting, you will get an
option to annotate the presentation
with Live Whiteboard feature.
• Different annotation can be added
like text, pen, pencil, marker,
shape etc. with and option to
undo the annotation.
• Moderator can also activate the
multiuser whiteboard by
which participants can also
annotate in the meeting
