This document advertises a free event for family caregivers hosted by the Caregiver Coalition of San Diego and the City of La Mesa. The event, called "Finding the Balance in Caregiving: Caring for Veterans", will be held on November 5, 2015 from 9:30am to 2:30pm at the La Mesa Community Center. It will feature resource booths, giveaways, educational seminars on caregiving topics like helping veterans and estate planning, and lunch and respite care will be provided.
