This document advertises a free event for family caregivers called "Finding the Balance in Caregiving". The event will be held on July 10, 2015 from 9:30am to 2:30pm at a church in San Diego. It will feature educational programs and speakers on topics like fall prevention, emotional issues, Medicare, hiring caregivers, and talking to loved ones with dementia. Free lunch and respite care will be provided. The event is organized by the Caregiver Coalition to improve the quality of life for caregivers and their families.
