YNZSY USED OIL RECYCLING MACHINE
YNZSY used oil recycling machine is new in technology researched and developed by
YUNENG and CQ University. It is suitable to regenerate used engine oil (gasoline engine oil,
diesel engine oil), waste dirty hydraulic oil and other seriously polluted lubrication oil.
Mechanical and chemical way is combined to remove colloid, oxides, acid, pitch, particles,
impurities, water and gas in the used oil. What’s more, it can restore the color of used oil and
remove the scent / smell effectively.
For customers’ choice, we have semi-automatic and full-automatic type to meet your
requirements and financial budget.
1. Features:
1). Combines physical and chemical method to remove the electric charges among polar
particles in the waste oil, so particles will be gathered into big impurities and easy to be
removed from oil.
2). Good filtration technology to remove all impurities such as colloid, asphaltene,
suspended matters and kinds of chemical compounds etc., while restore oil’s color and
nature.
3). Vacuum degassing and dehydration technology used to remove harmful gas and water
fast.
4). Advanced waste gas treatment to ensure environment not be polluted.
5). Automatic operation: add the 4 chemicals automatically, PLC control machine running.

2. Mains System
1) Automatic filling system
Using automatic filling oil and chemical system which can decrease the labor intensity and
ensure the machine works continuously by batch.
2) Vacuum treatment stystem
To protect the used oil from oxidation in high temperature. (The temperature in the vacuum
tank is around 80℃~120℃ while the traditional way will reach over 300℃, even 400℃)
3) Stirring system
To mix the used oil with chemical to realize the

This is the 3rd generation of the chemical to make the small molecules to larger particles.
5) Absorption system
This chemical can absorb the dirties and melanin in the oil so as to change the color.
6) Pure filtration system
This is the last step of the whole system to filter the oil.
7) Oil -heating system
We use thermal conductional oil as heating elements to prevent the used oil from aging
while the tradtional way is directly heating the oil. The later one is easy to increase the
impurities and accelerate aging oil.

4 Sinking tanks
1. The machine is equipped with more than 2 sinking tanks systems
which can extend the chemical reacting time to ensure get the good
result.
2. The most of impurities are discharged from the bottom of sinking
tanks before filtration. This can help to improve the working efficiency of
the filter.
